At Dr. Mike’s clinic today we find 25 year old patient Thomas, whose complete physical examination included  complete measurements being taken of his genitals, a urethral swab being taken plus a full prostate exam being given.

As usual, Dr. Mike also required his patient to produce a semen specimen which, in Thomas’s case, was proving a little difficult – until the good doctor stepped in and lent a helping hand !
