Today’s young physical examination patient is Martin, whose doctor in fact doesn’t look much older than him (which might just make the more intimate aspects of the examination even more embarrassing for Martin)!
We see Martin fully nude having his blood pressure checked and then being prepared for a rectal examination. I assume that the doctor is going to need ‘extra’ lubrication due to Martin’s very bushy bum crack!
Lastly we see the doctor passing the specimen jar to Martin who is ready to produce a semen sample (with the youthful doctor in particularly close proximity)!
