I think today’s patient has been to this particular clinic before as he seems unconcerned about being examined and tested fully naked by his team of two doctors during his physical examination. We see the patient just after having given a urine sample and then looking somewhat amused (in fact almost pleased) at having his erect penis measured by one of the doctors!
