Our patient today at the HDE clinic is having a routine physical examination.

We see the doctor checking the glands in the patient’s neck, then taking the patient’s temperature using a rectal thermometer and finally we are able to catch the patient in the act of preparing to direct his semen sample into the provided specimen jar!
