Patient has stripped off and is getting on to the examination table for his full physical exam

Male physical exam patient is on all fours on the table as his doctor inspects his anal area

Doctor applies lubricant for the insertion of a rectal thermometer during the patient's complete physical examination

Today, at the GME Clinic we get a ‘rear view’ of a physical examination patient.

We firstly see the patient mounting the examination table and assuming an ‘all fours’ position.  We next see the doctor giving a cursory check to the anal area as he gently parts his patient’s buttocks and finally we see the doctor applying some lubricant in readiness for inserting a rectal thermometer.
