Our patient today seems extremely anxious about the assorted prodding and poking to which he will be subjected during his complete physical examination.
Embarrassment at having his dick measured by the doctor certainly serves to compound that anxiety so that by the time our poor patient is required to produce a semen sample, the chances that he will actually be able to gain an erection unassisted are very slim indeed!
