Our patient today looks a little apprehensive at the start of his complete physical examination but once he’s on the examination table he begins to relax.

I get the feeling that our patient quite fancies his doctor (despite the cap and mask) and therefore has no hesitation in agreeing to allow the doctor to measure his rapidly growing dick!
