Male physical exam patient lies naked on the table having his groin examined by the doctor.

After receiving a groin examination, the patient is asked by his doctor to step on the scales where his arousal is starting to become obvious.

Today’s physical examination patient is shown having his heart and lungs checked by the doctor and then having his groin examined.  The groin examination seems to have left the patient feeling slightly aroused as we see him semi-erect when he is next asked to get off the examination table and step on the scales!
