Today’s patient is having a follow up examination from his female doctor to check on the progress of an injury to his leg.

The doctor is pleased with her patient’s recovery and also cannot help but note the bulge in his gown – another sign that things are getting back to normal.

I’m not sure that it’s overly ethical for the doctor to compliment her patient on the rapidly growing bulge but I do know that it’s unethical for her to expose and fondle the erection causing the bulge!
