Patient needs an urgent medical examination for swollen testicles but is very embarrassed about having 2 female doctors being in attendance and initially refuses to allow the examination to take place.
After some (perhaps not-so-gentle) persuasion, the doctor finally uncovers the patient only to reveal that his erection (which will have to be held out of the way during the ensuing examination) is the cause of the patient’s initial reluctance to expose himself.
