Today we return to the Group 4 physical exam and it’s Miroslav’s turn to be paraded, poked and prodded by the two female doctors in front of his naked friends.

We see the discomfort on the faces of the others as Miroslav is given an intimate inspection and then is instructed to assume a very undignified position on the examination table for an uncomfortable and embarrassing rectal examination.
