Today’s patient at the CD clinic is receving a physical examination with an emphasis on his anal/rectal region.
We first see the doctor and his assistant (must be his 2nd job since we normally see him in his medical massage therapist role!) explaining the procedure to the patient and this is then followed by a digital rectal examination.
On the basis of the examination thus far, the doctor decides that an enema will be required and we see the alarmed patient on all fours feeling very vulnerable and humiliated as he waits for ‘the insertion’!
