Our patient today is being examined by a doctor who has an almost unhealthy amount of interest in his patient’s genitals during his physcial examination.
When it comes time for the patient to produce a semen sample for analysis, our patient is either too shy or too polite to ask for some privacy and (albeit reluctantly) proceeds to stroke himself to the point of ejaculation whilst sitting on the examination table in full view of the doctor.
