Male physical exam patient is required to remove his underpants during his complete physical examination

The patient's friend becomes aroused when his buddy has to remove his underpants during the examination

Today’s patient was brought to the CBP clinic by a friend who is invited to stay for the duration of the physical examination.  ‘The friend’ is surprised to find that he starts to become a little aroused when his buddy is required to take off his underpants and has to give himself a quick, gentle squeeze when no-one is looking!
