Patient undergoing his complete physical examination is reluctant to take off his clothes

Male physical exam patient feels his doctor's hand slip under the waistband of his underpants and moving towards his genitals

The patient finally removes his underpants to allow his doctor full access to his bits and pieces so that they may be examined properly

Our doctor senses his young patient’s discomfort at being nude in front of him and therefore seeks to conduct as much of the physical exam as possible without exposing the patient’s genitals.

When the time comes for a thorough examination of the  penis and testicles, the patient has his underpants removed but is by now sufficiently comfortable with the doctor not to be worried about his nakedness.

I wonder if he will remain comfortable when the doctor starts touching his ‘private areas’ as I suspect that it will be the first time that the patient has ever had another man holding his dick!!
