Today’s patient is instructed by his doctor to remove his underpants at the start of his complete physical exam. Once he is standing naked in front of the doctor, the patient feels himself just starting to get slightly erect but is not unduly concerned as it is hardly noticeable (so to speak)! Once on the examination table, however, the doctor’s examination of the patient’s lower abdomen triggers a much more observable degree of erectile activity which will soon become fully blown (in more than one sense of the phrase, I fear)!
