Young college student attends the clinic for a physical examination during which he is initially able to keep wearing the pair of speedos he had on under his clothing. When the time comes for the speedos to go, the doctor removes them and advises the patient not to be alarmed if he happens to get an erection during the next part of the examination. This advice of course, whilst well intentioned, merely serves to cause our horny young patient to very rapidly become rock hard!
