The coach who brought the patient to the doctor appears to be getting horny watching the treatment

Today, patient Austin’s coach brings him to the doctor to have some treatment for his lower back.

Austin has to strip to his jockstrap and then gets some manipulation applied by the doctor with coach standing next to the examination table, looking on.

(It also looks like coach is finding that observing the treatment is making him a little horny!)
