Today, patient Austin’s coach brings him to the doctor to have some treatment for his lower back.

Patient reports to female nurse that he is having difficulty producing a semen sample

Male patient is surprised when female nurse unzips him and gets out his by now very hard dick

Female nurse helps her patient to produce his semen sample

Our patient today is required to produce a semen sample for testing but is unable to ‘deliver the goods’.  His charmingly kind female nurse therefore decides to give him a hand to produce the required spurt of sperm!
